| The collection featured a lot of stiffly structured skirts, (Horsehair?), which is a technique that I really like but the market never seems to embrace all that much. Designers show a lot of very stiff structured work around the waist and hips but I don't see it that much on the streets. Is it more popular outside the U.S? |
