 With this look Chitose Abe has created one of the smartest bits of play with gender expectations I've ever seen. Skirt, men's suiting fabric including a mock bottom of a suit jacket as the top of the skirt. Blouse, athletic inspired with a men's style shirt pocket. But at the top of the blouse, dainty silk shoulders and a frilly collar. Genius.

A very different feeling from this season's collection by Albert Kriemler. The clothes still possess his masterful touch for elegant simplicity but the bigger graphic touches, prints, lace like fabric, and geometry are brasher.

A beautifully and bravely constructed dress. The use of the white lining at the bottom to counterbalance the asymmetrical white ribbons on the top while the woman is in motion is brilliant.
